Aromatherapy Foot Bath 芳香足浴 (泡腳)

 

 

Guide & Preparation: 
1. Pour hot water into a basin or bowl

Recommended Essential Oils for Footbath:

 

Aching legs:
Cypress 3 drops + Peppermint 3 drops

 

Athlete’s foot:
Lavender 3 drops + Tea Tree or Eucalyptus 3 drops

 

Blood circulation
Geranium 2 drops + Orange 2 drops + Fennel Sweet 2 drops

 

Chapped skin:
Chamomile 2 drops + Lavender 2 drops + Geranium 2 drops

 

Chilblain:
Lavender 4 drops + Chamomile 2 drops

 

Cold Feet:
Rosemary 4 drops + Chamomile 2 drops

 

Corn:
Lavender 6 drops (Alternatively apply lavender directly with cotton) OR

Lemon 6 drops

 

Dry skin:
Lavender 4 drops, Chamomile 2 drops

 

Foot smells and deodorizing:
3 drops of Cypress + 3 drops Lavender OR
2 drops of Tea Tree + 2 drops of Cypress + 2 drops of Lemongrass

 

Mature skin:
Lavender 4 drops + Frankincense 2 drops

 

Perspiring feet:
Bergamot 2 drops + Clary Sage 2 drops + Cypress 2 drops

 

Refreshing:
Peppermint 3 drops + Lemon 3 drops

 

Relaxing:
Lavender 6 drops

 

Tired feet:
Rosemary 2 drops + Clary Sage 2 drops + Peppermint 2 drops

 

Tired and aching feet:
Peppermint 2 drops + Clary Sage 4 drops
Geranium 2 drops + Lavender 2 drops + Rosemary 2 drops

 

Tired and swollen feet:
Chamomile 3 drops + Bergamot 3 drops

凍瘡:
薰衣草 4滴+洋甘菊2滴

 


腳冷症:
迷迭香4滴+ 洋甘菊2 滴

 

雞眼:
薰衣草 6滴(也可以直接用棉花沾薰衣草敷在部位)或

檸檬6 滴

 

乾燥:
薰衣草4滴+ 洋甘菊2滴

 

除腳臭:
 絲柏3滴+薰衣草3滴
茶樹2滴+絲柏2滴+檸檬草2滴

 

成熟皮膚:
薰衣草4滴+乳香2滴 

 

腳汗:
佛手柑2滴+鼠尾草2滴+絲柏2滴

 

提神:
薄荷3滴+檸檬  3滴

 

放鬆:
薰衣草6滴

 

疲勞:
迷迭香2滴+鼠尾草2滴+薄荷 2 滴

 

疲勞酸痛:
薄荷2滴+鼠尾草4 滴
天竺葵2滴+薰衣草 2滴+迷迭香2滴

 

疲勞浮腫:
洋甘菊3 滴+佛手柑3滴
